Beginners Yoga is suitable for yoga beginners as well as those with a yoga practice. You will be guided through all areas of movement in the body, synchronising them to the breath so you can flow freely throughout your yoga flow. An energising yet grounding class to unify the body, mind and breath. These classes end with a yoga nidra relaxation where you can truly receive the benefits of your yoga practice.

The Yoga Rooms is a collective of self-employed alternative health care practitioners offering their professional services from the heart of Carlisle city. Our services range from holistic therapies such as acupuncture to our busy yoga timetable.
We understand how difficult it can be choosing a yoga class that is suitable for you, so here is a summary of the types of classes on offer. If you are completely new to yoga then we recommend joining Ruth's Absolute Beginners Yoga course. This course runs over two Saturday mornings (10 am - 12) next dates 9th & 23rd October.
Classes are pre-booking only. If you have difficulty getting up and down from a mat we also run Chair Yoga classes.
