What you can expect from a consultation

Prior to you will be expected to complete a questionnaire. At your first consultation a detailed history will be taken which will include an overview of your current health problems, medical and family history, plus diet and lifestyle factors.


Laboratory tests may be recommended.  Following your first consultation you will be sent a personalised dietary, lifestyle and supplement programme based upon the information you have given.  It is important to remember that your prescriptions are not life-long, but will be subject to review as your treatment progresses. You will derive maximum benefit from seeing your practitioner at 4-6 weekly intervals to monitor your progress and make any adjustments necessary.
