Weekly Class Timetable - Carlisle

Our classes are best suited to those who wish to practice yoga in a studio once a week.  This really suits the modern yogi as many people now choose to practice online. Most of our classes run in blocks of 4 or 5 weeks.  So, you sign up for a block and attend the same class each week.
Some classes reserve a couple of mats for drops in's.  Contact your instructor for details.

As well as weekly classes we also run regular one off classes, workshops and events, which are individually booked.

If you are completely new to yoga we recommend attending our Absolute Beginner's Yoga Day Intensive.










1 - 2 pm Beginners Tai Chi (Hilary)
5.30 - 6.30 pm Yoga for All/teens up (Hilary)

7 - 8.30 pm Dynamic Yoga (Mark)


5.30 - 6.30 pm Mindful Yoga/beginners welcome (Ruth) 5 wk block

6.45 - 7.45 pm Mindful Yoga/beginners welcome (Ruth) 5 wk block


5.45 - 6.45 pm Yoga 5wk block (Jana)

7 - 8 pm Yoga 5 wk block (Jana)


5.30 - 6.30 pm private class

7 - 8 pm Tai Chi/ beginners welcome (Mark)
