Weekly Class Timetable - Carlisle

Our classes are best suited to those who wish to practice yoga in a studio once a week.  This really suits the modern yogi as many people now choose to practice online.

Most of our classes run in blocks of 4 or 5 weeks.  So, you sign up for a block and attend the same class each week.
 
Some classes reserve a couple of mats for drops in's.  Contact your instructor for details.

As well as weekly classes we also run regular one off classes and workshops which are individually booked.  Udates of these events may be found on our social media here.

If you are completely new to yoga we recommend attending our Absolute Beginner's Yoga course.  Our January 2022 dates are:
