Weekly Class Timetable - Carlisle

Many of our yoga classes run in blocks.  You sign up for a block.   
Most classes do not accommodate drop ins - but do check with your instructor ass most classes have a couple of free mats.
 

Some of our longer classes and workshops are individually booked.

MONDAY

11 am - 12 pm Chair Yoga (Deborah)
1 pm - 2 pm Beginners Tai Chi (Hilary)
5.30 - 6.30 pm Yoga Flow (Hilary)

7 pm - 8.30 pm Vinyasa-Ashtanga based Yoga (Mark)
 

TUESDAY
Room available to hire daytime

5.30 pm - 6.30 pm Beginners Yoga (Ruth) next 5 wk block starts 10th August
7 pm - 8 pm Beginners Yoga (Ruth) next 5 wk block starts 10th August


WEDNESDAY
Room available to hire daytime

1 pm - 2 pm Kundalini Yoga
2.30 pm - 3.30 pm Beginners Meditation

5.30 pm - 6.30 pm Yoga 5 wk block (Jana)
7 pm - 8 pm Yoga 5 wk block (Jana)

THURSDAY

Room available to hire daytime

2 pm - 3 pm Gentle Years Yoga for the older yogis (Deborah)

5.30 pm - 6.30 pm Absolute Beginners Yoga 4 wk course starts 12th August

7 pm - 8 pm Tai Chi (Mark)
 

FRIDAY

Our teachers run a range of extended classes on Friday eves including:

  • Yin Yoga

  • Healing-Reiki-Yoga

  • Relax-Restore-Renew
     

SATURDAY, SUNDAY

Our rooms are available to hire for weekend workshops & courses.
